The ‘RoundTowner serves Friday Harbor with a low-cost shuttle service for our disabled, elderly, working poor and the general rural public. Since its inception in August of 2013, the ‘RoundTowner has provided over 30,000 rides for our Friends and Neighbors.

The fare for each ride within the Town of Friday Harbor is only $5.00. “Fare” refers to a comfortable loading of the taxi, a Honda CR-V, generally a maximum of 2 to 3 adults. Excess baggage may limit passengers and may incur extra charges.

Trips out of The Town of Friday Harbor are charged at $2.00 per mile, much less than other services.

We are happy to help you with a walker but we cannot handle wheelchairs. For FREE wheelchair service, please call 360-378-6777. Sorry, no bicycles. If you are not ambulatory, we require you to have an attendant who can help you in and out of the vehicle.

Currently, the ‘RoundTowner is available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please call us the day before you need a ride, if possible. We almost always need at least 1 hour notice.

When you make an appointment with your doctor, call us next.

Typically, we can pick you up at your home, take you to your doctor or shopping and bring you home for only $10.00 total.
